Log data is destroyed when no longer of use or relevance.
In addition, we do collect personal data (e.g., names, addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses) in connection with the operation of our websites only when you have voluntarily provided such data to us (e.g., through registration, contact inquiries, surveys, contracts etc.) and when we are entitled to process or use such data by virtue of permission granted by you or on the basis of a statutory provision.
We use such data only for the purpose for which you divulged the data to us, such as to answer your inquiries, process your orders & contracts.

In regards to the operation of our website we do not use third party service providers such as hosting or IT maintenance service providers and therefore your data is held within the European Economic Area, however it's likely that data could pass through other countries outside the European Economic Area, which do not offer the same level of data privacy protection as in your home country, examples being unencrypted email. In such cases we take measures to make sure sensitive data is not passed via unencrypted email and where necessary use SSL or SSH or such encryption technology.
